Peer Learning for Clergy

The Clergy Peer Learning brotherhood will meet for 90 minutes, under the guidance of a trained facilitator. The one-time registration fee covers all six sessions (only $25 each) which may be rescheduled as needs arise within the cohort. Please request a scholarship discount if you are in need. Each cohort is limited with 6 to 8 people, allowing for intimate yet robust discussion.

Before each meeting you will receive a short article, podcast, or video link related to the cohort's chosen topic as a way to kick-off the discussion. Participants are encouraged to present in their areas of expertise, if they wish. After enriching discussion, each member will be encouraged to implement one take-away concept or practice. The cohort structure will keep us together, committed, and accountable as we strive to be faithful stewards in our leadership responsibilities.

Clergy Cohort

Fr. Paul Hodge will facilitate this Clergy Peer Learning brotherhood to discuss topics like resilience, casting vision, avoiding burnout, and conflict resolution.
